Privacy

Phone numbers and source URLs are encrypted at rest. Phone numbers are indexed by HMAC hash so support workflows can find records without storing plaintext phone values.

• Original uploads are retained for 24 hours.
• Preview and card images are retained for 30 days.
• Unlock records remain available for redelivery for 7 days.
• Reply DELETE to remove stored search images and result previews where feasible.
• Reply STOP to opt out of messaging.
